Abigail is a member of the Illinois Bar, admitted to practice Illinois state law and federal law throughout the United States. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Abigail previously served with the Miami Immigration Court through the Department of Justice Honors Program and has worked with Catholic Community Services and GF Immigration Law. She brings substantial experience representing clients in both detained and non-detained immigration court proceedings. She is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, which enables her to effectively advocate for a diverse client population.
