Calvin is a member of the Florida Bar, admitted to practice state law in Florida and federal law throughout the United States of America. He is also a Florida-licensed Real Estate Agent and an EB-5 Verified Attorney.

His real-world corporate experience, obtained prior to law school in his role as Logistics & Sales Manager at LEASA Industries, allows him to provide expert and practical legal advice to businesses.

Calvin earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, and received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Florida State University.

He has previously worked for the Law Offices of Robert Sheldon, Brad Sohn Law Firm, Mena Law Firm (for the Honorable Judge Luis A. Mena), and the Honorable Judge Sarah Zabel at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court.

Calvin has been featured in Voyage MIA, on W Radio, and on Mega TV. Calvin was recognized by the New York Times who included him in their “Lawyers of Distinction 2023” list and he was named a 2025 Top Ten Rising Star by EB5 Investors Magazine.

He has experience representing clients in Court Hearings, USCIS Interviews, and in Arbitration Proceedings, and has  numerous EB-5 investors throughout their immigration process, contributing to a flawless record of successful outcomes in EB-5 matters.
